1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of createwalink.com ("CreateWaLink"), operated by X64 Network (Spain). By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

We offer free online tools to create WhatsApp click-to-chat links, QR codes and website chat buttons. No account is required. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the phone numbers and messages you use. You agree not to use our tools to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have not agreed to be contacted;
  • commit fraud, phishing or impersonation, or distribute malware;
  • harass others or share illegal content;
  • break WhatsApp's Terms of Service or WhatsApp Business Policy.

4. Trademarks

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. CreateWaLink is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. We use the name "WhatsApp" only to describe what our tools work with.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Generated links rely on WhatsApp's click-to-chat feature, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that the site or any link will always be available or error-free. Check your links before printing or publishing them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Links, ads and affiliate links

The site may contain links to third-party websites, advertising and affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. When a link earns us a commission, we will say so clearly next to it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence that give you the right to bring proceedings there.
